Like most people, 2020 was an emotional year. I found myself unable to reach my usual counselor. As someone with a history of anxiety and depression I knew I had let it go on too long. I finally decided to seek out help through my employer telehealth system. Enters, Ms. Turner. This professional yet laid back practitioner was going to be the turning point in my healing. I was in so much despair that I cried the entire first session. By the third session, I was looking forward to talking to her. With the candor and warmth of a confidant, she gently guides, listens, work through fears, anxiety and concerns. Working with a clear goal in mind, she helps you set realistic goals, reminding you that there is no quick fix and that “you eat an elephant one bite at a time! While I sit there and pour out my soul, I know the person sitting right in front of me is not judging me, she is championing my journey so much so she wore a tiara for my last session. She has given me so many tools that I will continue to pull from. I am thankful that Ms. Turner is a part my journey.

I have suffered for over 13 years with severe anxiety, panic attacks and depression.  This year I was admitted to a recovery center for several months after having major anxiety and panic attacks that were almost debilitating to the point that I was not able to work or handle things in my daily life.  While there, I met Tiffany as she was one of the therapists that came twice a week to lead our group sessions.  I immediately felt comfortable with her style of therapy.  She listens, genuinely cares, and is very knowledgeable about ways to change negative thinking and help the patients to understand why that is so important.  She made her sessions fun and interesting so they would be memorable and not just someone standing at the front of the room reading to you.  Once I was released from this center, I was very fortunate that Tiffany was able to take me on as a client.  She encouraged me when I was doing good and there to me to support and guide me when I had setbacks.  She is very honest and doesn’t tell you what you want to hear, she tells you what you need to hear.  That is why I can truly say that she is the best therapist I have ever had during my long journey.  I have even referred her to others which is something I do not take lightly.  She has made a long-lasting positive impact on my life, and I am forever grateful.
